ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT.

Upon purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email with a receipt from Stripe. You choose whether you want to pay by card or invoice. When the package has been sent, you will receive a new e-mail with confirmation of the shipment and the tracking number of the package.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME.

Artwork and gift cards can either be collected from the studio in Skippergata 52, Tromsø or sent by post. Should you wish to visit the studio, just get in touch via Facebook, Instagram or the contact form and we will arrange a time. Artwork/gift card will be sent by post within 4 days and the post's delivery time is approx. 1-3 working days. The work of art is sent in proper packaging with Norgespakken, on which the package can be tracked and is insured through the post's guidelines. The package can be picked up at your nearest post office. Remember to check that all shipping information is correct.

HANDLING OF ARTWORK AND WARRANTY.

The cloth on the canvases will either be 100% cotton or linen. Please note that the material on which the canvas is strung is live wood. It will therefore be susceptible to large temperature fluctuations which could cause the canvas to warp. Should this occur, a framer will be able to help you rectify it. The paint I use is Windsor & Newton, and Golden acrylic, which is considered one of the world's best acrylic paints.

For cleaning the works of art, I recommend a slightly damp cloth that does not lint, and without the use of chemicals.

FRAMING.

"Kunstmaleren" in Tromsø offers all my customers 10% on framing. I myself have used them for framing and buy all art supplies through them. They can certainly be recommended for both service and execution. You will find them at Roald Amundsens plass 1.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

If you regret the purchase of your artwork, the painting can be returned within 14 days of receiving the package at your post office. Complete the right of withdrawal form that comes with the painting and send the painting and completed form in the same packaging in which you received the artwork.

The painting must be in the condition you received it, without marks/damage, in order to receive a refund. The address the package should be sent to is Petersborggata 46, 9109 Tromsø. (NOTE, not Skippergata 52) The buyer will be responsible for the artwork being returned in good condition to the correct address and for the painting to reach the seller. You will be refunded the amount within 2-3 days after the painting has been received and approved in good condition. If the artwork has been damaged or has not been properly packed, the amount will unfortunately not be refunded.
